Rahmat Ari Septiawan has obtain his Advocate Bar since 2016.
He has experience in restructuring and insolvency. He has been appointed as Curator and Administrator in various industries including oil and gas, transportation, shipping, manufacturing, property, and plantation.
Licensed in the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI), he has expertise in areas ranging from Civil Law, Intellectual Property Rights, Employment, and also has the ability to build and implement solutions to complex problems and disputes.

He has experience as Senior Associate at numerous middle tier law firm in Indonesia, he was once involved as legal expertise for infrastructure regulatory, drafting outline business case for waste to energy through public private partnership scheme, implement feasibility study of the public private partnership risk, as assistance legal for regulatory draft of DKI Jakarta Governor Regulation, conduct legal due diligence of numerous multi-national company in Indonesia.
